Lights of Love

Dec 20, 2017

More than 100 people ushered in the holiday season at this year’s Lights of Love tree lighting at Vidant Wellness Center on Dec. 5.

Students from E.B. Aycock middle school in Greenville performed special music. The children’s art contest winner was announced before the tree lighting. Congratulations to Eastern Elementary 4th grader Katie Holloman drawing of a snow globe.

Lights of Love is one our community’s most noticeable signs of the holiday season. Originally a tribute to members of Vidant EastCare and their patient, this program has become a shining tribute throughout our region. Each light on the tree represents a gift of love, a special way to express appreciation and gratitude.
